I'm 14 and I have a job at a local amusement park and I pass papers which makes supringly good money. There is also a local gun club where thhey hire as young as 13 to keep score for the shooters, so you really just have to look or ask around. If all else fails you coul go with the ld stand-by - lemonade stand! jk.
