What does someone do if they want to build a better friendship with someone but they hardly spend time with eachother?

they try to keep in contact. if its like a long distance thing there is always the internet (ie: emailing, instant messaging) but its not always a good idea to do the phone unless you're in the smae city b/c parents get suspicious. but if you really wanna keep in contact tell them or just email them like every day or every other day. do the best you can with what you've got. hope i helped. :)
