Omg i know someone just like that and what i did is just told her straight out how it was the worst thing to do is act like you like someone when you really dont cause that makes you look two faced so like next time she calls you or something tell her you are bussy and be really short with her and when she trys to talk to you kinda do the wondering eye thing where it looks like you aint listen to her lol if you dont wanna be straight out with her just yet then you should just tell her whats really going on and stuff instead of being her friend on day and then telling her to fuck off the next act like you just lost intrest in you and hers friendship.. tell me how it works out!
