I've liked this guy for a long time now, and he doesn't know it. For a while, our relationship was kind of acquaintanced .. sometimes we would greet each other in the hall or we'd talk a lot on the bus or something, but recently this past Tuesday I went to his house and I feel we've gotten closer. My friend even told me (because I brought her with me) that we seemed like really close friends that day. Well, I think these last 2 days I've been bugging him and annoying him lately. When I talk to him he just mumbles an answer and when I try to talk to him online, the answer is that he simply does not answer. I know I've felt a little closer to him and maybe have been talking to him a little more, but I don't know what I did wrong. I mean, I don't act much different than what I acted like before I went to his house. He's gotten a little weird and has this major attitude and it makes me think i did something wrong. Tomorrow and the next week I've decided try to just ignore him--unless he talks to me first--and see what he does. The end of school is coming up in 2 weeks and I don't wanna lose him as a friend. I think I've been annoying him a little bit but I just don't know what I did .. help?
i_define_weird answered Friday May 20 2005, 7:30 pm: Just leave him alone for a while. See what he does. If he just ends up coming to you for stuff he needs, then he's not a very good friend. but if he comes up to you and starts talking like you two used to, then there you go ^-^. You could try to talk very little around him. Show that you feel sorry that you think you've annoyed him. hope i helped. [ i_define_weird's advice column | Ask i_define_weird A Question ]
