Well usually for me I let the guy come and talk to me. I usually never talk to a guy first(: It makes it fun and sometimes hilarious when you watch how they approach you and the things they say. But I mean if you want to approach a guy you should just be yourself ; just start casually talking to them or flirt a little bit from a distance (; Like touch all over your stomach and wink and act like you dropped something(:
