i don't really think you have feelings for him...not really at least. but you have to realize that even ugly girls get boyfriends and sometimes guys might like ugly girls because of something else besides their looks, like a great personality or they're smart. some guys would prefer an extremely nice, funny but ugly girl before a hot bitchy girl. it's sort of normal to feel this way about your ex just going out with someone uglier, especially if it's your ex-best friend. you only have feelings if you're actually jealous of your ex best friend, not just upset that your boyfriend dumped you for her...if you get what i mean. you actually have to WANT him back if you still like him. and you can't really do anything. if you don't like him, then just leave it like it is, you can still be friends but whatever. and if you do like him, well same thing, nothing you can truly do but it doesn't sound that much like you still like him. maybe find another guy. good luck! :)
