hair scare

Question Posted Saturday May 14 2005, 3:55 pm

I really don't like my hair- it goes everywhere!!! I've asked my mom for a straightener but she says my hair is fine! I need a way to let her know that I don't feel good and confident because of my hair, and that she can't decide that I don't need one! Well, I know I don't NEED one but it would make feel better about myself if I had one. I need help on making her understand all of that.

Thanx,
Need Help

Explain to her about peer pressure and about how much you just want to look good to feel secure. If she really won't listen and buy you one, then maybe you should save your cash and buy one on your own.
