Probate - Executor of Will

I am Executor of a low value Will with no property involved. I should be able to collect all the deceased financial assests without any problems. Do I need to go to Probate?

i know nothing of this matter, but i guarantee you that watever this matter consists of, you should defintely be able to find your answer online. simply go to a search engine,(google, etc.), and type in the basics of what it is youre looking to find out about. it might take a little research, but it's 100% positive that you can find it online.
