Graduation Dress

What's a good store (in California) that I could find a dress for graduation that fit all the stupid requirements? (no spaghetti straps, no strapless, no off the shoulder, no low cut)i'll rate! Thanks!

You can get a dress taylored or make it yourself that way it will look exactly the way you want it to

Ya i dont know where in cali that u can get a dress to fit that but you know you can get a spaghetti strap or holter top dress but get a shal and where it cause that is wut i am doing @ my dance but we can have spaghetti straps!
