ok well I like this guy and he says he likes me too, but like he wont ask me out and he says he loves me and i know he does because we went out before. but then there is his x-girlfriend who is still trying to get with him and i dont know how he feels about that because they went out for a year and a half and it was his first love. he says he doesnt want to be with her anymore and that he wants to be with me now, we just cant because he needs to concentrate on school because he is failing like all of his classes. I think something might still be going on between him and his x but i dunno. i dont know what to do and ive tried talking to him and he tells me the same thing everytime.

I don't think you should worry about his ex girlfriend, she's probably only in this for the chase, since he likes you now. If he says there's nothing going on then take his word, I've had this happen before & if you keep asking him he may get a bit annoyed/angry! You'll have to wait till he gets his grades up, but I can tell that he really likes you, so the wait is worth it! & don't worry, he chose YOU over his ex!
