I have this really close guy friend and we tell each other everything. I started liking him a while ago and he felt the same way. He asked me out and I said yes. We haven;t been going out that long, but for some reason it's so weird for me and I almost feel annoyed with him. He's such a sweetheart and hasn't done anything wrong. I am just feeling weird about the whole thing. What do you think is wrong? Should we just be friends since its really weird, or should I give the relationship a chance?Thx.
Teza answered Wednesday May 4 2005, 12:01 am: You should give this relationship a chance. Give it a month or 2. If you still feel the same way then just be friends with him. You are just really close to him so thats why you feel like that. In a while you will relize that you really like him and that hes your boyfriend. X0` [ Teza's advice column | Ask Teza A Question ]

Sometimes being friends just is better, I'd at least talk to him about it, you might find that he feels the same way. [ Martini_Kiss's advice column | Ask Martini_Kiss A Question ]
OrionsFire answered Tuesday May 3 2005, 10:29 pm: Give the relationship a chance if you feel that you like him, if you only like him as a friend though, it would just be easier to end it now. If you do end things, make sure there are no hard feelings otherwise it could really hurt your friendship. [ OrionsFire's advice column | Ask OrionsFire A Question ]
darkblair771 answered Tuesday May 3 2005, 10:16 pm: give it a chance, try doing something fun with him like amusemnt park, or since you are kind of annoyed by him try to get away from him for a while and spend sometime with friends. don't make him feel abandoned though, just get out and away.
