I feel like i'm fat, but my friends tell me i'm not! i dont know if they are lieing our, i really am not,

teenagers often feel insecure with themselves and tend to go to their friends to ask if they are. they try to compliment you because they care about you and love who you are. don't let this "i feel like im fat" take over your life and make you miserable. be happy!! hope this helps
