Hello, I seen you answered another's girls qustion about weight! ok plz be truthful don't lie! ok i'm 14 110 lbs and 4'10 am i overweight? anyways on gettin slimmed down?

ok well if i calculate your bmi... you get a 23.. and a 23 falls in the normal range.. anything between 18.5 and 24.9 is normal..
dont worry though slimming up isnt hard.
try to make sure you get a little exercise in daily .. eat littler portions for your meals(dont starve yourself though).. if you eat and watch tv at the same time... stop! eating in front of the tv puts weight on you... also like i told the other girl.. dont eat past 8.. it will help.. little things like these will help you... the south beach cookbook has great meals you can put into your diet without actualy going on the diet. i hope i helped you :o) and if you have any questions ill be glad to answer them for you
