Maybe give some free advice about: Fitness? shortiebebe021 answered Friday May 6 2005, 10:10 pm: eat healthy, replace junk food and candy with fruits and vegetables (i'd prefer fruits since i hate vegetables lol). slowly day after day, eat less and less, but don't go down so low that you actually end up starving yourself. just eat right. don't eat deserts until you start losing some weight. drink water instead of soft drinks, smoothies, milkshakes, or other drinks that could make you gain weight. it's not going to be easy but if you're determined, it's what you have to do.
also exercise. do 10 pushups every morning and night. do PE at school. join a team and have games (if you can...) and go to country clubs to exercise on the machines, or if you have the machines at home, do it there instead. go swimming. jog around the neighborhood when you have time. just try your best to exercise as much as you possibly can without sweating yourself out or killing yourself. good luck!! :) [ shortiebebe021's advice column | Ask shortiebebe021 A Question ]
