first day of diet: eat a little less of something. lets say for a snack you eat cheetos, gushers, and 2 scoops of ice cream. eat one scoop less of ice cream. then 2nd day, eat no ice cream. 3rd day, half a pack of gushers. 4th day, no gushers. 5th day, half a bag of cheetos. 6th day NO SNACK! you can live without a snack, you won't die or starve or become anorexic, don't worry just DO THAT!!
also if you NEED to have a snack, eat fruits instead. fruits are good for you and aren't fatty. plus i personally love fruits lol.
and don't be like "i need to go on a diet tomorrow" go on one TODAY as in RIGHT NOW. i tell myself that all the time and it does seriously work, you just have to be determined enough and want it soooooo badly you have to do it!! ok i hoped i helped and after you finally go on a diet, you won't be so depressed anymore really. also try exercising too, 15 pushups every morning and night. good luck!!
