I loved this kid since like 3rd grade and now im in 6th and i finaly told him and now when i go to the park and she him his friends wave and i no he likes me but say no every time i ask him out wiut should i do to make him go out with me please help me thanx!!

maybe he just wants to be single. yeah he likes you but that doesn't always mean he wants to date you. sometimes boys just want to be left alone, that's all. maybe he's still recovering from a recent breakup and doesn't want to see any girls at the moment. or he thinks he isn't quite ready yet to be a good boyfriend. there are a lot of reasons why he may not want to go out with you, even though he likes you...
you can't FORCE him to go out with you. he has to actually want to. but just try being yourself around him, don't stalk him and keep on asking him to go out, that'll just annoy the hell out of him and you totally don't want that. and just act like friends around him, flirt but don't go overboard, and that's all. sooner or later, he'll want to go out with you, when the time is right :)
