i was looking at someones page and i saw that at the bottom of the answer it also showed a box and the rating. how do i get that for my page? thx!

its on "view feedback" but i want it like right under the quesion...do i have to get a paid account?.

You need to have a paid account to do that but if you were smart enough to click on a link that would let you make your own column before you had to pay for an account, like I did, you can do that. If you really want this on your column, just get a paid account and ask someone how they got that on their column and they will tell you.
