Hey. Everynight i make myself throw up..so ya i guess im belemic *cant spell it* and i really want to stop..but no matter what i think im a fat pig! Its like when i look into the mirror i see some1 so worthles$! I dotn know wut to do. It makes me scared to sleep at night! I have other problems but People found out and they are helping me with them and i was wondering if i should tell some1 about this?? Or keep it to myself? Thanks x0o

i think you should see a therapist. i know, it sounds sort of creepy to do that, but that's their job and they were trained to help people like you. well you should at least tell SOMEONE. if you keep it to yourself and nobody knows anything about it, then you could be in serious trouble. you have a disease and no matter how skinny you are, you keep thinking you're fat. hun, please stop throwing up, it's so bad for you and even though it does make you skinny, it's so unhealthy. you could DIE from doing that. i know, you may WANT to die because you hate yourself so much (thats what some "belemic" people want) but it's not worth killing yourself over. so what if you're fat? you probably aren't even fat anyway, you only THINK that... but there are so many good things about a person other than their looks. even if you're the hottest babe in the world, if you have a bitchy attitude and have an IQ of 60, being a fat, sweet, and smart person is a whole lot better. more people will like you. try slowly to stop yourself from throwing up, i don't know how that works, i never made myself throw up before, but just try doing something like that. good luck!! :)
