i feel horrible, i never answered your question, because i have the exact same problem as you. i hate it!!! and everyone tells me that i have a great body. well its too late, but id sugjest crunches and sit up, and the best way to lose wieght is to eat healthy, ask your mom or dad to start buying healthier food, and ask them to stash the junk where you cant find it. If you dont know where it is, you wont eat it. also, just a tip, try to spend your free time out of the kitchen, this works for me, if im near food, i eat it even if im not hungary. sorry, but if you get this i hope it helps
