i have this white stuff in my panties...i know this is so sick but it kinda smells and i want it to go away...got any tips

That white stuff is called discharge. There is no way for you to get rid of it because every girl has it. It goes away when you get older and the reason you get discharge is because it's one of the ways how your body cleans itself. Start wearing panty liners because if you haven't gotten your period yet and your discharge becomes heavier, that's one of the signs that your period is on its way.
