Confusing Girl

 Okay im am 19 and she is 17 ive been seeing this girl for like a month now, and on our last date I asked her to be my girlfriend and she a big hug and kiss and told me "we have to get to know each other better first". After that night shes been teasing me with attention, like one day she'll come firt with me and hold me and the next she'll act like we never even kissed. Why is she playin hard to get when she knows I already like her
