Well there isn't much you can do except be with your dog all you can and pray about it...
my dog died of cancer a year and a half ago she was only 8 years old at the time and i thought my world was collapsing because that dog had been the only thing that was always there for me
but coming from this side of it i'm very thankful for the time i did have with her and i now know she's ALWAYS with me i till think about her on a daily basis

everything will turn out the way it was planned to i know how much it hurts i'm so sorry that you're having to go through this
