i have a friend and her dad used to beat her and rape her and do horrible things to her so she moved in with her half brother and things seemed fine for a while she was really happy but now she's acting like she did when she was with her dad and i think that her half brother might be hurting her but i'm not sure how to ask her about it because she said that he was her last chance and that if she messed it up then she would have nothing left...she thinks that everything that happens to her is her fault and it's not she also doesn't want anyone to wry about her so she doesn't really tell ppl when things are going bad for her she just keeps it to herself and then ends up doing something stupid i'm really worried about her what should i do?

i would ask her how things are going with her and her half brother. if she says things are going bad like he`s beating her like her dad did, then i think you should tell someone like your parents or the school councelor. if you think shes lying about her half-brother beating her tell her not to do that because you don`t want her doing something stupid and get herself into more trouble. everything that happens to her isn`t her fault and she shouldn`t think like that. if she can`t live with her half brother anymore, why wouldn`t she have any place to go? can`t she live with her mom, grandparents, or any other family members? good luck and i hope i helped ♥
