abs

Question Posted Thursday April 21 2005, 3:10 pm

Lay flat out on your back.
Put your hands right by your side to hold you in place.
Lift your legs out 3-5 inches off the ground.
Now hold this for as long as you can.

Yes, it hurts a lot, but it really works your abs, eh!
My record is 3 minutes.

- what you siad there..does that actully work? becuz ive tried it and i tend to shake alot- but my stomach feels to get tighter..is that normal?

It's really normal. Everything will hurt, shake, feel like limbs are about to fall off. Try and hold it for as long as you can. It works all of your abs. Can you feel it? I feel it mostly in my lower so that's why I reccomended it!
