Go to a salon and get the good shit- don't go to wal-mart, they strip color and moisture out of your hair (like Dove or Pantene- stay away from those)

1.Biosilk
2.Biolage
3.Paul Mitchell
4.Aveda
5.Kiwi

They're more expensive but worth it.. you feel a difference after one wash.

Body wash is different- just go to the store and pick out one that smells good- Carress and Dove rocks

What smells good is so different for everyone. My suggestion is to go to the store and smell the soaps before you buy it. Then you know what you are getting. And when you run out, buy something different so you don't get tired of the smell. I currently have 4 different body washes and 2 shampoos in my shower; I just use the one I am in the mood for.

For bodywashes, Caress has a lot of bodywashes that smell great. There are ones that will make your skin smooth and silky. For shampoos and conditioners, Herbel Essenses has both great shampoos and conditioners that smell really good.
