I have hair that is medium length (about 4 inches past shoulder length), medium brown, and have sideswept bangs. I have paleish skin and brown eyes and dark eyebrows...I want to dye my hair red. What shade of red would be best (I want a store kit). I don't want the color to make me look ruddy. Help!

If I was you I would try-out different shades that are not permenent so that you can see which colour looks better!

Im sorry but I think making it RED is not going to lo0k go0d but if you make it red about a meduim red!!

Go dark red, mabe have a few lighter tones in your hair but not bright tones just lighter than the red.

If you want darker red hair, try a darker red with some sunnier blonde hilights. If you want lighter red hair, try a very light red with blonde hilights. A great product line for it is Red Expressions by Pantene Pro-V or John Frieda. These are amazing products, and will make the color even more radiant. I hope this helps!

Deff. get a darker red. You don't want a light red with dark eyebrows. Good luck.
