OK..when your lips first lock, thats when you can put your hands wherever..really there is no right or wrong time but thats when i would do it i guess. Yeah the guy might take off your shirt if hes not too shy and really into you. First think to yourself
-am i comfortable with this?
-how far will i go before i draw the line?
If you dont want your shirt off..if he goes for the shirt just tell him your not ready.
If you decide that you want the clothes to come off and your down to your bra and underwear, go ahead and take his shirt off and his pants.
from here you have some options
-you can just continue to kiss without clothes on
-you can let him feel you up (your chest area) by putting his hands there or just by letting him if he makes the first move
-you can get touchy touchy in other places
What happens after the clothes come off definately depends on how far you want to go.
