Hey ♥ First off, thanks for messaging me- if you ever need anything just message me again! I don't think it's possible to lose 38 pounds by summer, and 170 isn't alot if you are tall, but I know what you mean. Tennis and Taebo work amazing. They tone your legs, tummy, and arms especially. Weighlifting, which is required in my school, works great for your upper arms also. We only lift with 2-4 lb weights, and we get somewhat of results. Cruches work great for your tummy too. Don't forget to try to eat healthy, not after 7:30 [food takes longer to process], and stay away from junk and unneeded snacks! Hope I've Helped! ♥
