Question Posted Monday April 11 2005, 3:59 pm

ive have AIM for about 2 years now but currently it has been acting up and not letting me change the "preferances". i dont want "notifications" so i check that then click "apply" then "ok". after the window is down, it wont do what i checked off for it to do. i cant change my font either unless i do a right click while in the text box. how do i change this? i tried redownloading it and nothing changed. thanks for any feedback!

I had the same exact problem, but I found out that if I signed off and then signed back on, it would apply the changes I had made the previous time I was on. I think that's what you're asking, anyway. If I'm wrong, ask me again and I'll do my best to help you. Hope this helps! <3 Sporkster

after you hit the apply button, wait like 10 seconds before you click "ok" so that the system has time to recieve the information. Hope this helps!!!
