Fake tan I'm not sure how much you know about fake tan but I like your advice so I'll ask you anyway.
I am very very pale, I always have been. I just can't tan, it's literally impossible, I just burn. This year I would like to get some sort of tan and I have decided to use a fake tan because it's probably safer. Which brands are good? Waht type should I use? I don't want bright orange skin, just a slight glow that starts off pale but that I can gradually build up over a few weeks to make the colour stronger.

I'm pretty clueless when it comes to sunless tanning. But, I have always been very pale and have a hard time tanning. It's not impossible, it just takes a long time. I just starting tanning at a booth. I started as little as 3 or 4 minutes, and slowly, very slowly worked my way up to 12 minutes each time.
But, I wouldn't suggest doing that. The only reason I'm continueing to do it is because I'm going to Florida for a week in a month or so, and going from Maine, way up by Canada, all the way to Florida, way down by the equator, would be a huge shock to my skin if I didn't prepare it.
I hate what it is doing to my skin, and would much rather get my pale skin back, as opposed to continueing to kill my skin after I get back from Florida.
So, basically, I can't help you at all. I just thought I'd bore you with all this to tell you not to tan at a tanning booth. Sorry. :) ]
