It depends on what kind of one you wanna start. Goole it and find and non-prophit oganization and e-mail the founder or leader and ask them for help.

well i'm not sure of a place to find info, but i do have gots a tip for ya
look at the city or town you live in and see wat it might need as in public busnisess (in my old town there were only like 2 day cares, and this one woman opened a like baby-sittin place and now she's rich).
