Or anysite that teach hip-hop online or anyone will teach me bassic stuff online like tips n step by step stuff?

Ciara's song, One Two Step, is A LOT of hip hop, good luck...it looked pretty hard on the music video.
Teaching hip hop, I'm not sure, go to a local dance class and ask one of the instructors.

A couple years ago I bought DArrin's dance grooves. It may be older now but the moves are modern. They might have a newer version.

You could try Ciara's videos Goodies & 1,2 Step. She has some good moves in them. She's dances more crunk than hip-hop but that's all I can come up with off the top of my head.
I'll keep editing this I'll keep thinking of some.
