Well, to be honest, there's never a good answer to that question. Most people would tell you to write a note or have a friend tell him. Guys admire courage. So, I would tell you to gather all your courage and tell him straight out. Some of out there, I know from experience, don't have the courage to walk up to someone and be so blunt. If you're one of these people, just drop hints here or there. Invite him over some time, get concert tickets and invite him (if you can afford them), get to know him a little better. If he bites, reel him in. If not, I'd say it's best to move on.
