D, you are going through a phase of religious furvor. You have just gone through a very important stage in your faith. Also, with the Pope's death you are no doubt feeling overzelous in your grief. (Not sure if you'd call it that exactly, but that's the closest equivilant I can think of.) Be patient with yourself. Those of us who know you love you and understand. You'll settle down.
