well i think that you should wait before making your move because first of all rebounds usually dont last n he's probly hurtin right now so hes not going to want to start a relationship, and if all your best friends like him then that should be reason enough for you to wait it out, i would be so mad if my friends went out with a guy i really liked, but give it some time get to know him better and eventually you too may start getting more then friendly. much luck to you MUAH xoxo

1) If you want to ask him out, take him out of the crowd so he wont be distracted or influenced by other people. All his attention is on you. As him how he feels about you, and tell him how you feel. If your feelings, well, feel the same ask him if he'd ever consider being your boyfriend. I know it sounds easy, make it easy also.
2) It depends on how long the guy you liked dated the girl. If it was for a week or two, wait a week or two. If it was for a couple of months, wait at least a month so the girl wont get the impression that he moved on so he didn't <strong>really</strong> like her.
3) If all your best friends like him, they should be happy for you if he likes you back. After all, aren't best friends there through thick and thin? If you get him before everyone else, don't bloat about it. Let them find out on their own. If someone else gets him before you be happy for them, don't be upset ♥
