advicenator friend

Question Posted Wednesday April 6 2005, 3:58 pm

My friend recently got an advicenators account. The problem is she put spaces in her name. Now I am unable to see her column because the spaces messed up her URL. Is there anyway I can see her column? Thank you.

In between the spaces, put %20 and it should work. Or, since she recently got an account, ask her to delete her current one and make a new one with no spaces. There is a big glaring message when you're signing up that says DO NOT PUT SPACES IN YOUR NAME. I'll assume she didn't see it. Or, you can just copy her name and right after the equals sign put this: "[Link](Mouse over link to see full location); the column name with the spaces. Although, it would he a hell of alot easier for her to just creat an entirely new account because if anyone wants her advice and clicks on her link, it won't work.

If you want to see her column, enter her column name where it says NAME, with the spaces in this link: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) and put %20 where the spaces would go and that will let you see her column.

wherever there is a space but %20, that should do it... if not, sorry.
