Look on Amazon for 'The New Guide To Remedies'. It features Homeopathy, Essential Oils, Crystals, and Home Remedies, seperate sections of 'healing' that you could also look up yourself.
Here are a couple of home remedies just to keep you going, kinda thing -
*For bruises on children, soak a cottonwool ball in witchhazel and a couple of drops of lavender. The lavender smell will soothe them, the witchhazel help get rid of the bruise, and making it will take their mind off their recent fall or injury!
*Make up a paste of Avocado pulp and apply to any dry skin rashes, spots etc to soothe them.
*Eat frieds eggs when you have a hangover - they contain a chemical which helps to neutralise alcohol.
*Drink chamomile tea with added honey to build up an immunity to pollen.
*Grate some horseradish and sniff it to clear the sinuses.
*Reduce cold symptoms with elderflower tea or juice.
*Warm milk and honey sprinkled with a tiny bit on cinnamon can help prepare children for sleep.
Hope that helped!!
Blessed Be,
Rach xxx
