Question Posted Monday April 4 2005, 6:57 pm

That's not my website, it's just a website with workouts and exercises. You are going to be in so much pain when you do 500 crunches in a day; start off with doing 20 a day and gradually increasing the amount you do. You won't get a six pack in a week, it takes time to see results. You may or may not lose weight but you will lose some inches off of your body. Eating healthy helps too.

i doesnt hurt when i do 500. its easy. i never get sore. im just wondering how much i mite lose. and estimate plz??

Oh, well you're really lucky if you never get sore, after doing 500 crunches. If you keep on doing crunches for months, then you're probably going to lose at least 10 pounds, depending on your body. Don't expect results in a week.
