omg i've gained so much weight in the past month it's driving me crazy! i'm trying to lose it but i just can't and summers coming soon and i don't want to be a fat blob! is there anything i can do to try to lose like 10 lbs. i really need it.

Maybe give some free advice about: Fitness? oneandonly345 answered Monday April 4 2005, 3:36 pm: umm. there are tons of thinggs. you can starve your self. you can throw up. you can stop eatting. but all of those things are totally stupid..so dont do them. but what you should do it just excersize, like do crunches (start out at like.. 20 then go up every night) also run (start out either running like 1/4 of a mile and go up, or start out running like 10 min and then go up) those are the things i do to lose weight. or you could also do all the weight lifting stuff, but that makes you all buff.. ew. also maybe you could stop eating junk food, and eat more heathly, that works.
