i want my ex back so i worte him a long letter that i pured my heart out and let this guy read it before i gave it to my ex and that guy said he would take me back and if my ec didn't well he doesn't deserve me. but my friend told me that her friend ask my ex ( when we were going out) how the relationship was going and he said he wasn't really into me. the thing is i really do love him but should i believe my friend?

You should ask him yourself.. the whole "friend" thing can work but it just depends if she is a true friend. I really think i know who this is but i'm not going to say your name. Im not sure what friedn your talking about either but.. ehh I would go with her if shes close. But if you think shes just jealous IM him yourself & talk to him.
