If you want to lose weight or the fat in your upper arms, calves, abdominal, and thighs, then you need to do exercises that will target those areas. Doing crunches and sit ups will tone your stomach/abdominal. Doing squats, lunges, leg lifts, toe presses will tone your thighs and calves. Running and jogging will help tone your thighs and calves too. As for your upper arms, start lifting weights and doing push ups. Check out www.toneteen.com/pages/fitness.htm for more exercises.
