ok i need to loss some weight for bikini season and i also need to get me little pudgy gut GONE!
is there any ideas on how this can work for me?
p.s im a 13 year old female who weights about 110 lb.

Karen answered Saturday March 26 2005, 9:29 am: If you want to lose weight, then you just need to eat healthy, watch how much you eat, and exercise daily. Start eating 5 small meals instead of 3 big ones. Avoid foods with a lot of carbs and calories and that are unhealthy for you. Start drinking tons of water instead of sodas. As for exercises, you just need to start running or jogging and start doing squats, lunges, leg lifts, or other exercises that you need to do to tone parts of your body that you need to tone. To get rid of your "pudge", you just need to do crunches and sit ups. You won't see results immediately so it will take time to lose weight.
