Well if you not going out it doesn't exactly mean you stuck with them. If you don't like them anymore than its mean to keep leading them on, they'll get hurt more in the end if you don't tell them you don't like them now. Be easy on them, and say that the feelings just aren't there anymore and being friends with them would mean alot. If you like sum other person then wait a lil while til you start developing another relationship because everyone has feelings. If you don't like this other person then explain to them there is no one else and if they really care about you then they'll believe u
