ok well i want to lose weight with out going to the gym or anything becuase im to young! im a 13/female. i rate 5's! plzz help!

Weight well your a teenager your bound to put weight on but try some of these:
Riding a bike
going for walks (long ones and its good for you)
do aerobics (get a video and exercise in your own room)
dancing can help no stop dancing for an hour or half an hour.
Do something you enjoy mabe a sport e.g volly ball,football,tennis,basket ball.

If you want to lose weight, then you need to do the following three things: eat healthy, watch how much you eat, and exercise daily. If you have a slow metabolism, start eating 5 small meals one day and 3 big meals the next day and so on. This will speed up your metabolism, making you lose weight when you exercise. Eat low carb and calorie foods and start drinking tons of water. Start exercising by doing cardio such as jump roping, running in place, kick-boxing, taebo, and so on. Remember, it takes a while to see results so don't expect to lose 15 pounds in 4 weeks. If you need anything else, just ask!
