Karen answered Thursday March 24 2005, 5:13 pm: If you want to lose weight, then you need to do the following three things: eat healthy, watch how much you eat, and exercise daily. If you have a slow metabolism, start eating 5 small meals one day and 3 big meals the next day and so on. This will speed up your metabolism, making you lose weight when you exercise. Eat low carb and calorie foods and start drinking tons of water. Start exercising by doing cardio such as jump roping, running in place, kick-boxing, taebo, and so on. Remember, it takes a while to see results so don't expect to lose 15 pounds in 4 weeks. If you need anything else, just ask!
