well, ive been thinking about running every morning this spring break, because i dont have anything to do so i mind as well stay in shape.
i want to run every morning, but i dont want to lose weight, i want to lose how i LOOK, like my legs. my mom said that if you walk fast, a couple miles, it will tone your legs and butt, make them tighter, and better looking in a swimsuit. is this true? if not what workouts can i do to make them betteR? thanks so much, i rate!

If you want to tone your legs and butt, then you have to do things like squats and lunges. Hope i helped! [ shootingstar25xo's advice column | Ask shootingstar25xo A Question ]

GeezLouise answered Thursday March 24 2005, 3:51 pm: heres a fun way to tighten up your legs and butt...and it really strengthens your core too...
ever heard of rebounding?
rebounding is a program of jumping on a mini trampoline.
its fun you can do it while watching tv or listening to music...it hardly feels like exercise at all.
you can go to modells and get a basic one for about twenty dollars.
some rebounders come with an instructional video but you can make up your own routines.
i have one and i love mine. you'll be surprised how fast you start to tighten up.

Sherry answered Thursday March 24 2005, 3:05 pm: Yes if you walk up hill's and down hills and all that jazz you'll tone your legs and butt and make them tighter. I exercise because I'm on a diet and I always feel my muscles getting tighter when I walk up hill's and stuff. So yes, definatley go walking! [ Sherry's advice column | Ask Sherry A Question ]
