Hi, heres what i have to say. Im in 8th grade and im 98 pounds and im 5'1 ish ? I know that isent a lot of pounds at all but thats because im short. But most girls in my class have "flat stomachs" mine isent. Mine is like not like humongous .. everyone thinks im wicked skinny. But my stomach is kinda big like.. its hard to exlpain lol. I dont have like rolls or anything but i want a flat stomach lol. Have any ideas. Oh and i dont really want to talk to my parents about it cuz its too embarassing. I just want to do it on my own. Any ideas?

People view themselves in a different way than they actually look. I though my stomach was fat, so I tried to lose weight, and it all went downhill from there, and now I totally screwed myself up. Actually, I think 98 pounds for someone who's 5'1" and still growing is a little underweight, so make sure you don't lose anymore.
Well, back to your actual question, if you really feel you'd like to tone your stomach, try doing crunches or sit-ups. Or maybe 6-inches (If you don't know what 6-inches is, it's lying on the floor with your feet in the air about 6 inches. It sounds easy, but trust me, it hurts lol).
