help! pleas help me i get so mad over the dumbest things like the way my mom talks or when some one chews gum or a sound i dont like i get so mad some people say i need anger manegement or they say i have OCD another thing is i cant stay focused when my teacher says something i just star off in to space or when some one is talking rite to my face i just star off and then i just say really fast what?or huh? and have to ask them to tell me agan because i wasint paying attition my mom nos because i have ben getting low grades im sorry if its so long but i need help!pleas!!!!!!

Hmm, well you might want to get tested for ADHD or ADD. Those have something to do with losing your attention on things. Try searching for ADD help on the web, and go from there. Check out the symptoms, what it's like. If you don't think you have this, then try asking a parent. As for the getting mad part, don't let the little things get to you. Try and ignore it, I know it's hard, but it will work eventually! Trust me, I have a 5 year old brother and a 2 year old one and they are sooo annoying, but when i just try to ignore them it works! i have a problem similiar to that. if someone does something i don't like i get really mad and most of the time its for the stupidest thing ever. i can't pay attention in class either. i pretend the teacher is my crush and then i REALLY pay attention. ]
i have the same problem. like when someone is talking on a cell phone i get annoyed like crazy. and when someone`s eating i`ll just stare at them and pick out the imperfections like when they smack or talk with food in their mouth. anyway.. back to you.. i don`t think you have mental issues or anything. i just think you have a hard time with some things. just don`t get too stressed out about it cuz that will make it worse. make sure you get plenty of sleep because that really does help with stress. just try to focus more on your schoolwork and if it`s too bad, get a tutor.

Wow you remind me alooooot of my best friend..he has like add when it comes to a conversation and the same thing in school...listen he also hates loud chewing gum and he hates most ppls voices but its ok cuz its his personallity...theres nothign wrong wt you at all no need to worry...when your friends get mad at you or say that you have add or whatever just say that its just the way you are theres absolutely nothing wrong wt you i promise...mabey if you have a temper you could try to buy a sounds of the rainforest cd to calm you down every once in a while...but other than that your ok.. ]
