No, they would put them in the psyche unit in a hospital because they are mentally incapable of knowing right from wrong and they are a danger to themselves and others around them. At least thats what I think. Hope I helped!

yea me and my friends are like that to. we walk to 711 with oranges on the way and through them at eachother just because we are so random like that. but for your question chances are you can just want for him to switch to one of the other personatilies somewhere in him and by chance i dout they want to comit suicide.
