I reccemend focusing on other areas of you life that give you fulfillment, rather than zeroing on your tummy. Yes, I know at your age, it's all about image (trust me, I was there, done that have the t-shirt) I wish I could give you a before and after picture of this one gal in my high school, who in Junior High was often teased because of her looks ... she grew up not only to be beautiful in high school, but she was valadictorian, was great at many sports, and a friend to everyone (not just popular, but a true friend). I share this story in hopes that you can see if you build strengths in your life, you'll most likely succeed (and imagine how great you'll feel when you look back at these days knowing you made a great decision!)
If you really want to trim your tummy get involved in sports involving more cardio work outs ... soccer for instance. However your beauty has to be realized withing yourself. Know you are beautiful, treat yourself that way .. trust me people can see the confidence that comes with it!
Good luck, and for having courage to ask me a question ... I think we should have a toast (lets raise our ice cream bowls together "cheers"
