Well is there any chance you are able to take a different type of medicine? Like adderal (sp?) or something else. A lot of the medicines have odd side effects...

Do your friends know you have ADHD? If not, then you need to find a way to tell them. If so, do they make comments saying that they don't like the "new you" or do you just get 'signals' that they don't really like it?

If they say something, then let them know, be like "look, I have ADHD, if it was up to me I wouldn't be on the medicine, but I need the medicine to concentrate, and to do what I have to do, I'm sorry if you don't accept it. I don't like taking it, it's not something I enjoy, but it's something I need, so suck it up!"

If they haven't said anything, then ask them. You can start off with "I've notice ya'll have been kind of strange, is something up?" if they say no, be like "Are you sure?" if they still say no, then be like okay. If they eventually say yes, then it comes to the whole ADHD thing, then tell them what's going on.
Here's a site that might help, not really sure, but it might...

Good luck!
